Where is my order?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your order by entering your tracking number at https://www.usps.com to see the latest updates on your delivery.


Why do you require my phone number?

We require a phone number at checkout for shipping purposes only.

As we ship internationally, couriers may need to contact you regarding delivery issues, address verification, or customs-related matters.


Do you ship to the EU / UK?

We do not offer standard shipping to the EU, with the exception of the UK.

Shipping to EU countries is available only via DHL. Please note:

  • Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Any customs fees or charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility

If you still wish to place an EU order, please email us at streetspiritmotorsport@gmail.com confirming that:

  • You understand and agree to pay any additional customs fees

  • Failure to comply with customs regulations may result in your parcel being returned

  • Returned parcels due to customs issues are not eligible for refunds

All international orders are shipped duties unpaid (DDU).


What countries are Express Shipping only?

The following countries are Express Shipping only:

  • Malaysia

  • Singapore


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

Please note:

  • Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping

  • During new releases or high-volume drops, processing may take up to 10 business days

⚠️ For Standard Shipping outside the USA, please allow an additional 7–18 days for transit.


When will my pre-order ship?

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, please refer to the product description for detailed shipping and production timelines.

Each pre-order item has a different production schedule, and timelines are dependent on manufacturers. While production is outside of our control, we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

We also post weekly production updates on our Instagram stories, so be sure to check there for the latest information.
