Refund/Return Policies

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Final Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale, promotional period, at an advertised discounted price, or on clearance are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the address we provide (if the return is approved).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period

  • Items purchased at a discounted price

  • Clearance items

We cannot replace or refund items that were marked as final sale.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved), and

  2. Place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to us, we will issue an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping.

If you choose a refund instead, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

We understand this can be frustrating. As a small business, re-shipping impacts us significantly. Please double-check your address at checkout.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to fix it.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, odors, or damage not caused by us.
